TaylorMade Wellness is located in downtown Salmon Arm at #201 391 Hudson Ave. We are located on the corner of Hudson and 4th - on the second floor above Scotia Bank (an elevator is available to use if need).
**Please be aware that 2 hour parking is available along Hudson Street and 4th Ave. Please come a bit early to make sure you find a parking spot**
Our front desk team will be setting up your appointments and walking you through everything you need to know about booking an appointment, payment and how to use Jane if you have a virtual appointment.
We required a credit card on file for all bookings. We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy, all late cancellations and no shows are subject to a 50% appointment fee. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to this policy.
Your card will not be charged unless you are late to cancel (within 24 hours without an acceptable reason) or do not show up for your appointment. If you don’t have a credit card, please call our front desk staff to make arrangements.
All telemedicine or phone call appointments will automatically be charged 10-15 minutes before the appointment - either by a credit card or by your insurance. All in-house visits are charged after the appointment.
All appointments are booked in Pacific Standard Time (PST)
